We conduct a thorough inspection of your commercial kitchen air exhaust system for cleanliness in accordance with NFPA 96 and the Quebec Construction Code.

If grease deposits are found during the inspection, the commercial kitchen air exhaust system must be cleaned.

The inspection certificate of the commercial kitchen air exhaust system required by the law and many insurance companies must be posted on the premises by the owner; it indicates the inspection and cleaning date, inaccessible locations and the name of the certified company that performed the work.
